A leading national multifamily developer and builder with a strong and growing presence in the Boston market is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a 378-unit podium-style multifamily project in Stoneham, MA. This is a key leadership role managing one of the region’s most notable residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all on-site construction operations from groundbreaking through completion.
• Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work meets schedule, safety, and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and phasing strategies.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with engineering and project management teams.
• Manage daily reporting, progress tracking, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with concrete and podium construction projects is required.
• 10+ years of experience in multifamily construction, with a proven record of delivering projects of similar scale.
• Strong ability to lead large field teams and coordinate multiple trades.
• Solid knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to $180,000, based on experience and qualifications.
