About the Opportunity:

A well-established, growth-oriented real estate development and construction firm with a strong pipeline of multifamily projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a landmark ground-up development. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned construction professional to take full ownership of a premier project from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy.

About the Project:

The selected candidate will serve as the lead Project Manager on a 350-unit, 6-story podium-style multifamily development breaking ground in Q2 2025. This high-profile project demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing complexity across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Manage all phases of construction from pre-development through project close-out and final delivery
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor quality, safety, and compliance
  • Prepare and present detailed project status reports to ownership and executive leadership
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks throughout the construction lifecycle
  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal building codes and permitting requirements
  • Foster strong relationships with city officials, inspectors, and municipal agencies in the DFW market

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience in multifamily construction, with at least 3 years in a lead PM role
  • Demonstrated experience with podium-style or mid-rise multifamily projects of 200+ units strongly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of the DFW construction market, including local subcontractor networks, permitting processes, and building codes
  • Proven track record of managing ground-up projects from pre-construction through certificate of occupancy
  • Strong proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or equivalent)
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $110,000 – $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience
