About the Role
A well-established construction firm specializing in multifamily residential projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Kentucky. The Project Manager will oversee multifamily projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Lead project teams and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively
Qualifications
- Multifamily construction experience required (minimum 3 years in project management)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and materials
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with affordable housing or mixed-use developments
- Professional certifications (PMP, CCM, or similar)
- Familiarity with Tampa permitting processes
- Experience with LEED or green building standards
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $130,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
