The Challenge
The client needed a qualified Assistant Project Manager for their Tampa, Florida operations to support the Project Manager in overseeing wood frame multifamily construction projects. The role would focus on their newest development—a 250-unit Build-To-Rent community with resort-style amenities.
Key requirements included:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of multifamily construction experience, preferably with wood frame construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods and software
