Hintel Middle East, has appointed Natalie Callaghan as Client Director, further strengthening its senior leadership team and deepening its capabilities across the GCC market. 

Natalie brings first-hand experience in Dubai's real estate industry, having built, scaled and managed high-performing sales teams across some of the market's most recognisable agencies. Her appointment reflects Hintel Middle East's continued commitment to delivering people strategies that go beyond traditional recruitment, partnering closely with founders and senior leaders to drive long-term organisational growth. 

A career built on people and performance 

Natalie's career is defined by adaptability and relationship-led thinking. Having built an extensive professional network before entering the property industry, she transitioned into Dubai real estate and quickly established herself in talent acquisition and team development. 

Early roles demonstrated an instinctive ability to leverage interpersonal skills in a sales environment, where she built a sales team from the ground up.  

She was subsequently appointed to be an in-house recruiter and trainer, scaling the team from 80 to over 200 members, developing her company’s inaugural recruitment and training programme, and implementing brand-focused talent attraction strategies that produced standout performers at every level.
