About the Opportunity
A well-established regional development firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee two concurrent ground-up multifamily developments in the Greater Houston area. Each project consists of 336 units across 5-story wrap construction.

Project Scope
<ul>
<li>Two simultaneous multifamily wrap buildings</li>
<li>Ground-up construction through completion</li>
<li>Total project value exceeding $100M combined</li>
<li>Anticipated duration: 18-24 months per project</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout</li>
<li>Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants</li>
<li>Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards</li>
<li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipal agencies</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards</li>
<li>Facilitate weekly progress meetings and maintain detailed project documentation</li>
<li>Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and budget tracking</li>
<li>Serve as primary point of contact for all project stakeholders</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of multifamily construction project management experience</li>
<li>Proven track record managing 5-story wrap or podium-style construction</li>
<li>Experience managing projects valued at $40M+</li>
<li>Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards</li>
<li>Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar project management software</li>
<li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience managing multiple concurrent projects</li>
<li>Familiarity with Houston-area building codes and permitting processes</li>
<li>LEED AP or other relevant certifications</li>
<li>Established relationships with local subcontractors and vendors</li>
</ul>
