A leading national multifamily developer and builder with a strong and growing presence in the Boston market is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a 378-unit podium-style multifamily project in Stoneham, MA. This is a key leadership role managing one of the region&rsquo;s most notable residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Direct all on-site construction operations from groundbreaking through completion.</li>
<li>Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work meets schedule, safety, and quality standards.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and phasing strategies.</li>
<li>Enforce strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with engineering and project management teams.</li>
<li>Manage daily reporting, progress tracking, and issue resolution.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Extensive experience with concrete and podium construction projects is required.</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in multifamily construction, with a proven record of delivering projects of similar scale.</li>
<li>Strong ability to lead large field teams and coordinate multiple trades.</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.</li>
<li>OSHA certification preferred.</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits:

<li>Base salary up to $180,000, based on experience and qualifications.</li>
