Position Overview:
The President of Construction will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all construction operations, driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and innovation. This executive role reports directly to senior leadership and will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of construction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead all aspects of construction operations including strategic planning, budget management, and team development</li>
<li>Oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout</li>
<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards</li>
<li>Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and municipal agencies</li>
<li>Implement best practices in construction management, safety protocols, and risk mitigation strategies</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement across all construction operations</li>
<li>Manage P&amp;L and financial performance of construction division</li>
<li>Develop and mentor construction leadership team</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum 15 years of progressive construction experience</li>
<li>At least 7-10 years in senior leadership roles</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred</li>
<li>Demonstrated success managing large-scale construction projects with values exceeding $50 million</li>
<li>Extensive experience in multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use construction</li>
<li>Proven expertise in Southern California markets</li>
<li>Strong financial acumen including P&amp;L management, budget development, and cost control</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with ability to inspire and develop talent</li>
