About the Project:
The selected candidate will serve as the lead Project Manager on a 350-unit, 6-story podium-style multifamily development breaking ground in Q2 2025. This high-profile project demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing complexity across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilites:

<li>Manage all phases of construction from pre-development through project close-out and final delivery</li>
<li>Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls to ensure timely and on-budget delivery</li>
<li>Lead and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders</li>
<li>Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor quality, safety, and compliance</li>
<li>Prepare and present detailed project status reports to ownership and executive leadership</li>
<li>Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration</li>
<li>Identify and proactively mitigate project risks throughout the construction lifecycle</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal building codes and permitting requirements</li>
<li>Foster strong relationships with city officials, inspectors, and municipal agencies in the DFW market</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of project management experience in multifamily construction, with at least 3 years in a lead PM role</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with podium-style or mid-rise multifamily projects of 200+ units strongly preferred</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of the DFW construction market, including local subcontractor networks, permitting processes, and building codes</li>
<li>Proven track record of managing ground-up projects from pre-construction through certificate of occupancy</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or equivalent)</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered</li>
